SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Clark's Junk Removal sends text messages from (401) 533-1919 in two separate categories, each requiring its own explicit opt-in:

• Service messages (transactional): appointment confirmations, crew dispatch and arrival updates, quote follow-ups, scheduling changes, payment receipts, and other messages directly related to your inquiry or service.
• Marketing messages (promotional): recurring promotional offers, seasonal specials, personalized recommendations, and other marketing content. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to either or both categories by checking the corresponding consent box on our quote form, by texting a keyword we provide, or by giving verbal/written consent during a service interaction. Each opt-in is logged with a timestamp.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, service status, and opted-in categories. Service messages are sent as needed (typically 1–5 messages per active project). Marketing messages are sent up to 4 per month.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.Clark's Junk Removal is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to receiving or sending text messages. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send a final confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS from that category. Opt-out is processed instantly.

• Calling us at (401) 533-1919.
• Emailing info@clarksjunkremoval.com with the subject “Unsubscribe SMS.”

Opting out of marketing SMS does not opt you out of service SMS (and vice versa). They are managed separately.

6. How to Get Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message from us for assistance, or contact info@clarksjunkremoval.com or call (401) 533-1919. A reply to HELP will include our contact information and links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

7. Supported Carriers

We support all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and Virgin Mobile USA. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy & Data Sharing

Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or SMS consent information. Phone numbers and opt-in records are shared only with the third-party service providers that help us deliver SMS (such as Twilio and HighLevel/GoHighLevel) under contractual confidentiality.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided or have permission from the account holder to receive messages on that number.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to receive SMS after the update date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
